Observation

A child was eating lunch in the front office, which is not licensed space for use by children. The staff person responsible for the child was seated in the adjacent office, which is a separate room with a cut-out window opening to the front office. The staff was not positioned to supervise all areas accessible to the child as she was in the adjacent office.
